Construction Standards
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS: Channel letters utilize all-aluminum construction for greater durability and weather resistance. Sign cabinets are welded from our specialty aluminum extrusion. Structural steel components have rust-resistant coatings.
SIGN FACES: Channel letter faces are 3/16” Acrylic SG, formulated specifically for signs to resist UV degradation. Cabinet faces are .177” Lexan, which is virtually unbreakable. We use only 3-M vinyl products, the industry leader.
FINISHES: All exposed surfaces are properly prepped and finished with Akzo-Nobel industrial paint finishes or electrostatic powder coating.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS: Fluorescent fixtures utilize 800MA High Output lamps and compatible electronic H.O. sign ballasts, for longer life and 40% energy savings over conventional fixtures. Channel letters are illuminated with LEDs whenever possible, producing energy savings of up to 80% over traditional "neon" illumination. Neon and Argon filled gas tube is metered to insure proper voltage for maximum efficiency and durability. All wiring is protected and concealed in raceways or structural components. All components are UL listed.
CODE STANDARDS: All materials and installation techniques meet or exceed all applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.

  The Sign Service Warranty
Our warranty is considerably longer than the industry standard. Unlike our major competitors, we do not require service contracts or lease agreements. Although very lucrative for sign companies, we consider these contracts to be an unnecessary financial burden on the customer. The long term expense to the client of an occasional service call to replace a lamp or transformer is far lower than the accumulated monthly costs of a service contract.
